Dr Mohammed Kaderbhai Principal Dentist

Dr Mohammed Kaderbhai qualified at Leeds Dental School in 1992 and spent the next 2 years as a junior doctor in various hospitals in Leeds and Sheffield pursuing his special interest in surgical dentistry. He spent the following 2 years in various practices working as a general dentist in Leicester before he opened Carillon Dental Care in 1996. He has a speciality interest in prosthodontics, his interests are in providing advanced and complex dental care which includes cosmetic dentistry and implants. He has numerous postgraduate qualifications which include a Masters degree in Prosthodontics. He has been a LDC committee member since 2005.
Dr Gurmukh Singh Raja GDC No: 75514 BDS
I qualified in Cardiff and completed my vocational training in a busy city centre dental practice.My interest and focus has been more towards cosmetic dentistry and I am a certified Invisalign and 6MonthSmiles provider which are the clear cosmetic braces systems. I am an active member of the BACD-British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists and the ESAO-European Society of Aesthetic Orthodontics I regularly attend all lectures and conferences. I have recently completed the course and am now certified with the British Institute of Laser Dentistry. Outside of work I enjoy socialising especially eating out with my family and friends. I play football regularly and other sports. On the rare occasion I like to do something outrageous like skydiving!!!
Dr Hemal Ashvin Charadva Clinical Lead

GDC no. 244274After completing his training year at Carillon Dental Care, Hemal went on to a career development post in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Royal Derby hospital. This post allowed him to develop his Surgical ability as well as his medical knowledge to improve the standard of care he provide. He hopes to enrol onto a Master’s Program in the near future with a hope to become a specialist.Hemal’s aim at Carillon is not only to develop his own skills but to also ensure the practice maintains an excellent standard of care to provide to our patients.
Dr Poonam Jethwa Dentist

Poonam graduated with merit from Leeds Dental School. She then went on to complete her vocational training in Birmingham before spending a year as a junior doctor in Oral and Facial surgery at Pinderfields General Hospital. This post developed her surgical skills and ability to diagnose and manage more complex oral diseases and conditions. After moving back to the Midlands she has worked in general practice. Poonam focuses heavily on providing the highest patient care. She particularly likes to put anxious patients at ease. She has a keen interest in developing her skills in cosmetic dentistry in the future.
Shirali Sakaria Public Relations Manager
Shirali has been working in the dental industry for 27 years. Initially starting her career as a dental nurse, she gradually progressed her career within the dental sector. She joined Carillon Dental Care in 2001 as a Practice Manager, she was responsible for setting and maintaining the high standards at CDC. Shirali has always been dedicated to providing an excellent service to both the practice and our patients. Since April 2015 Shirali has taken on a new role as the Public Relations Manager at CDC, this role is key to promoting Oral Health Awareness to our local community. This is an extremely exciting project and a new challenge for both Shirali and the practice. We hope that this will educate our future generation and community about preventative oral health education. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys going for walks, baking and spending time with her family.
Fay Jones Practice Manager / Patient Care Manager
Fay has worked as a dental nurse within the NHS since 2008 and went onto qualify with the National Dental Board for Dental Nurses in 2011. Having spent a number of years in various roles Fay wanted to further her knowledge and skills and enrolled onto a Dental Practice Management University course where she soon realised that she thrives upon daily patient contact and working in a customer care environment, where patient care is key. This has now led Fay into her current role as Patient Care Manager for Carillon Dental Care.
Rebekah Gosnell Assistant Practice Manager

Rebekah has been will Carillon for the last 7 years, she is a qualified dental nurse and oral health educator. Rebekah has now been our assistant manager for 2 years and really enjoys challenging herself and learning new things to better her knowledge.
Outside of work, Rebekah spends time with her family, including her son Asher and two miniature pinchers.
Melissa Spencer Treatment Coordinator
As a qualified dental nurse, Melissa has a good dental knowledge, which helps her within her role of treatment coordinator. Melissa loves creating relationships with patients and is there to ask answer any initial questions regarding our services and discussing individual treatment plans with patients. Melissa takes a keen interest in all dental treatment, including cosmetic work. She loves being there with patients along their journey and seeing the end results! Outside of work, Melissa spends time with family and friends, she has two dogs, Cliff and Claude, who she loves taking on long walks. Melissa also enjoys eating out and going to live music concerts.
Holly Hennessy Senior Dental Nurse/Oral Health Educator

Holly has worked at carillon dental care for 8 years and qualified as a dental nurse in 2012. Since then, Holly has continued her training and has qualifications in Oral Health Education, Fluoride application and Impression Taking. Holly enjoys every aspect of dental nursing, but especially the surgical side, Implant nursing is one of her passions. As a senior member of staff, Holly has a great knowledge which allows her to train new members of staff, she finds it exciting to watch new members grow within the profession. Holly is very caring and enjoys making patients feel calm and relaxed. Alongside dentistry, Holly has organised a charity skydive, bake sales (Sugar free!) and oral health education stalls within the community. Holly is an animal lover and an advocate of animal welfare. Being a vegetarian, she enjoys trying new vegetarian cuisine and educating others of benefits, mind, body and soul of being a vegetarian. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with friends and family, as well as spending time with her two cats, Maude and Bunny.
Nadine Solou Dental Nurse & Oral Health Educator

Nadine studied at Leicester College and has been a qualified dental nurse since December 2013. She enjoys caring for patients and ensuring that their visit is calm and as enjoyable as possible.
Outside of work Nadine is currently learning Spanish and a keen animal lover. She enjoys keeping fit, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Nadine is also qualified in beauty therapy which she studied at Loughborough College.
Stephanie Bills Dental Nurse
Steph started here as a patient care coordinator, nearly three years ago and developed a serious interest into dentist. She was then given the opportunity to train as a dental nurse and she jumped at the chance! She is now a fully qualified dental nurse and is always looking to develop her skills and training further with relevant courses.
Steph enjoys helping patients and making their journey as easy as possible
Sandra Sequeira Dental Nurse
Sandra started as a trainee dental nurse in 2016, she is now a fully qualified dental nurse.
She likes to help nervous patients ,making sure they feel comfortable. Sometimes she helps patients as an interpreter, translating from English/Portuguese or Portuguese/ English.
Her favourite hobbies are making handmade soaps, and cooking for family and friends. She loves spending time with family and with her dog Chone.
Kirsty Garrity Dental Nurse
Kirsty qualified as a dental nurse is 2015. She particularly enjoys reassuring nervous patients and putting them at ease when within the dental environment.
Kirsty enjoys time outdoors, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends, especially her two nieces, Evie and Millie.
Georgina Cragg Dental Hygeint Therapist
Began her dental career in 2005 as a dental nurse, working in both an orthodontic practice and general practices, where she gained her dental nursing qualification. She later enrolled on the dental hygiene and therapy course at the University of Sheffield, where she qualified in 2012.
She carries out all aspects of treatment within her remit but her special interests lie within tooth whitening and cosmetic fillings. Her belief is that patients care and satisfaction is paramount, her patient and reassuring nature enable her to treat nervous patients, adults and children with ease.
Neil Bukavs Dental Hygeint Therapist
After starting out as a Dental Nurse, Neil qualified as a Dental Hygienist/Therapist from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010. Neil has worked full time since then utilising treatments within his Scope of Practice to expand his knowledge and improve his skills in all aspects of Dental Hygiene and Therapy.
Neil approaches dentistry with a friendly but professional manner and believes that all patients should have a positive experience at every visit. He also places a huge importance on the need to work together with patients of all ages to stabilise and maintain their oral health.
Jessica Rathod Patient Care Coordinator
Jessica Rathod is one of our patient care coordinators. This is her first job within dentistry and is very keen to learn and progress within the practice.
She really enjoys getting to know patients and making them feel comfortable, which can help put people at ease.
Her hobbies include taking care of her dog Archie, shopping and socialising.
Jessica Hildreth Patient Care Coordinator
Jessica is our patient care Coordinator. This is Jessica’s first job with dentistry and she is really keen to learn and progress within the practice.
Jessica is really enjoying the challenge that her role is offering her.She loves working with the public and creating lasting relationships.
Jessica likes to make sure all patients leave happy.
Jessica also has a Degree in Fashion Studies and alters bridal gowns in her spare time.
