Emergency dental care
In the event of a dental emergency, please call us immediately on 01509 219 699 so that we can arrange an appointment as quickly and conveniently as possible for you. If your call is outside of our normal office hours, a recorded message will explain what to do. Please make sure you have a pen and paper ready.
Disability Access
There is disability access throughout the ground floor including a disabled toilet. If you need a ground floor surgery, please tell us when booking the appointment.
Feedback & complaints
We aim to make your treatment as pleasant as possible every time you visit us. However, if you feel you have not been treated as you would have liked, or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our practice, we want to know. It is only through hearing from you that we can help and improve our service.
Please mention your concerns in the first instance to your dentist. Carillon Dental Care operates an in-house complaints procedure that adheres to nationally agreed criteria. We aim to respond to verbal complaints within 24 hours and written ones within three working days.
